Survey Prepayment is required for mail and telephone orders. We accept Visa and MasterCard. For your security, we cannot process credit card numbers sent by email or left on voicemail. Instead, please send us your order and follow up with a phone call. A dealer discount is available on selected items. A discount on most items is also offered to public school teachers (see the catalog for educators below). Items may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase, with receipt, if the products are in saleable condition (no creases, tears, or markings). A 30% restocking fee will be assessed. Refunds are not available for digital media; however, if these items are defective, they will be replaced. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
